1. How long will my order take?

Orders start shipping November 1st and ship 24 hours after the order is placed. Once the order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification from USPS.

2. When is the last day to place an order to guarantee Christmas delivery?

The last day to order is December 18th with regular shipping. We do recommend that you order earlier in the season due to delays possibly from the postal service and other Carriers. We do offer expedited shipping, we can do thru FedEx, and UPS at an additional cost.

3. Can I order two different letters with different text?

Yes! You can choose from 7 different backgrounds and 8 different letter combinations.

4. What is the Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Since these letters are customized based on the information that you have provided, we only provide refunds if it is an error on our end. In most cases we will do what ever we can to keep you satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know with in 5 days of receiving your products and we will review your comments.

5. What other Holidays do you have?

We offer products for a wide variety of holidays and festivals. Our website will be updated to reflect these holidays as they approach.

6. Where can I buy additional quantities of Santa's favorite cookies?

Santa's favorite cookies are offered thru our preferred bakery partner. Please contact us directly for details on ordering directly.

7. What are the cookie ingredients

Santa's favorite cookies, Food Allergy Notice: Please be advised the cookies may have come in contact or contain these ingredients: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soybean, Peanuts, Tree nuts.

8. Why does the preview to my letter have words over the image?

The preview does not represent the finished product. Preview is displayed with words over image to prevent unauthorized use.

9. I made an error for my order, is it too late to fix it?

You can email us, with order number and name and we will try out best to fix the issue. In most cases, we review all the material and if we see an error, we will reach out to you via email to confirm. We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours, so there is a window of time to notify us of an error. In the event we catch an error and reach out to you, and do not hear back, within 24 hours will proceed with the letter as is.
